Terms of Payment: To confirm your booking we require a deposit of one night’s accommodation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy: 7 days prior to arrival. After this period the deposit will be non refundable.
Transfers: Clifton Beach is located 20 minutes North of Cairns. Taxi will cost you about $45 or we can arrange an airport transfer for $16/adult, $8/child.
Keys: Please collect your key from our office located at Agincourt Apartments.
Check in time is 2 pm and check out is 10 am.
Office Hours in Low Season (1 Nov-31 May) are 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. In High Season           (1 June-31 October) they are 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. If you are arriving after hours please call us for alternate arrangements.
Pets: Not allowed.
Baby Equipment Hire: Can be hired from our office. Cot hire is $5/day or $20/week and includes the linen; High Chair Hire is $3/day or $15/week.
Insurance: The agent and the landlords do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings and we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
